The staff was friendly, accommodating, and gave great travel tips. Convenient location close to shopping, food, and public transportation. Lovely room with easy check-in and early check-in option. Great for special occasions like birthdays.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the nearest train station. You can easily commute to nearby areas or even go on a day trip outside the city. Plus, the hotel faces a popular museum where one can visit and admire beautiful art pieces. The rooms are delightful, with huge beds and sparkling clean bathrooms, making your stay comfortable and refreshing. Service is impeccable, and the breakfast spread is mouth-watering, catering to every palate. One can enjoy a luxurious dip in the lovely pool and workout in the fully-equipped gym.

The parking facilities may not be the smoothest and might be rather expensive, so beware if you're driving.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the train station and plenty of museums, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The service was excellent, with staff who were truly eager to help and perform their duties with absolute professionalism.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the excellent hotel facilities. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, with the hotel located close to the Puerta Atocha station. Its location was also very accessible to many famous landmarks and the area is nice, not too far from the center of the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast options were enjoyable. For dinner, I visited the Sessions restaurant, which offered some delicious meals.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything in perfect working order. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spacious pool that my daughter absolutely loved. The location was ideal, just a short walk to a BTS station and surrounded by good local and Japanese restaurants. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, close to major attractions and transport links. It made it easy for me to explore the city during my business trip. the staff were also accommodating and friendly, providing great service throughout my stay. Another advantage was the comfortable and clean rooms, with modern amenities, including a nice TV and speakers.

The additional charges that appeared on my card without any notification. It would have been better if they had informed me beforehand.

The room decor was fabulous, with a lovely scent that greeted me every time I entered. The pool area was a great escape from the heat, allowing me to relax and cool off. The attentive staff went above and beyond, taking care of us when I fainted and making us feel safe and cared for. The breakfast was delicious, although it would have been nice to have some fresh vegetables. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
